50-minute appointments are $175.00

I do offer a limited number of reduced rate appointments. Please inquire with me if that is a need. 

Payment and Insurance

I accept cash, checks, HSA cards, FSA cards, and debit/credit cards.

I do not take insurance, but I am happy to provide a superbill with which you may be able to be reimbursed for out-of-network services. Before meeting with me, please ask your insurance company about their coverage of out-of-network providers to determine if you are covered.

I am currently accepting new clients and have both in-person and virtual appointments available Mondays through Thursdays.

In-Person and Tele-health Meetings Available

I offer meetings both in-person and via tele-health. My office is located between Columbia City and Seward Park near Third Place Books.

I am only licensed in Washington, Michigan and Pennsylvania. Clients must be physically present in one of these three states during the time of service, I cannot offer tele-health while you visit or live in another state/territory. Additionally, I am not able to meet with clients while they are out of the country.
